The client agrees that the commission is for personal use only and does not have the right to reproduce the artwork for any profit whatsoever.

These terms can be updated at any time without notice.

Said updates will be applicable to all commissions made and to be made, except in those cases in which there is a verifiable agreement with the client.

The client agrees to still credit me as the original artist of the commissioned artwork.

Client does not hold the right to use the product in any AI technology nor blockchain-associated technology (NFT, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space).

As the artist, I retain the copyright of the commissioned artwork.

I reserve the right to use, publish, livestream and record the commissioned artwork and its process.

If commissioned for fanart of an existing series or franchise, I reserve the right to sell the artwork at any given point, such as prints or in art books.

As the artist, I reserve the right to decline the commission request for any reason I see fit.

Payments must be full and upfront, through Paypal invoices or nequi.

Once the work has been started I do not accept refunds unless something happens on my part.

Payment is made in advance, once the commission has been accepted.

I do not begin working until I receive payment.

Prices will not be reduced, any attempt to haggle will be grounds for rejection of the order.

Difficult or highly detailed characters may require an increase in the base order price.

For more characters on the same commission, the same price must be paid for each character. 2 characters cost double, 3 triple, etc.

Commission base prices are per character, not background. If a background has not been specified or paid for it (If required according to its complexity), the drawing will be delivered in Transparent PNG or with a Simple Color background

Provide as many visual references as possible; The more references, the better the result (Expression // background // pose // etc.), you must specify this in the custom request.

I will not accept assignments without visual references.

Commissions are made in the order they were paid. You can access the "Waiting List" to find out how the order process is going.

I will try to complete your order as soon as possible. The estimated wait time is 1 to 6 weeks from the time I start working on your commission.

I will contact you if there will be a longer delay.

I will send you a sketch for your approval. This is the time when you can request major changes (3 max). There's no chance of big changes happening later in the process, so be concise with your comments.

My signature or watermark will always be on the drawing.

If you need the drawing by a specific date, please specify it.

If something that the customer wanted is missing from the final drawing but was not indicated when placing the order, a refund will not be issued.

I will deliver the complete piece via email. The artwork is a digital item and will not be physically shipped to the customer.

Once payment is made, no refund is available.
